I felt like I was overcharged for their screw ups. First, they missed to change the oil when I set an appointment specifically for oil change.
I went back in to get the oil change. Even though they provided a “$10” discount plus a not needed “premium car wash”, there was a charge of “shop supplies” and I paid for the Labor again which would’ve been covered when I went in the first time they only did tire rotation and inspection.

I called on Monday morning to learn what my vehicle needed as far as service goes and learned. It was a tire rotation. I stopped in over the lunch hour at the recommendation of the person I spoke with on Monday to hopefully get in and out and around an hour. One hour 20 minutes later, I was approached and told that they had just realized that I actually need new tires because the treads are so low. So they would not be rotating the tires today. They weren’t even sure they had the new tires in and available. I had to get back to work. I waited an hour and 20 minutes for nothing to be done on my car. I am not happy with the service at all.
