I had my RAV4 in for some investigative work on March 10. Your team decided that the vehicle needed a new dashboard radio unit and a new front axle. An appointment was made for April 3rd to perform the associated work. I brought the RAV into your shop at 7:00 AM on April 3 as scheduled and got a loaner. Then that afternoon Justin contacted me that the parts were not in yet so I could come and get my RAV. I am very disappointed for two reasons:
1. I question whether the parts were actually ordered on March 10. Three weeks should have been sufficient to get the parts … if they actually had been ordered.
2. If the parts were not in yet on April 2nd, why didn’t someone call me with that news so the entire April 3rd fiasco could be avoided?
We are now still awaiting the parts which were again ordered on April 3rd.
