Didn't resolve the initial issue after having my truck all week.
2 hours after I picked up my truck I was in a tow truck bringing it back. Not how I wanted to spend my Holiday weekend. Not mad just disappointed. Thanks for taking care of me.

Mallory was very good but I thought charging $253 to see why earnings signs were lit was excessive and I don’t understand why as I was told i would need a new battery on such a low mileage car that is driven enough to charge the battery. None of that is Mallory‘s fault, but it discouraged me from returning.

Service was good. Parts and labor cost is high. Parts were about 30% above online direct suppliers Labor at $200 / hr is about the same compared to independents. $100 to install a front license plate holder is pretty much of a "no thank you" bid. Especially after spending $1300 to get the rear liftgate struts installed.
