Took 30 minutes to check in my vehicle because I was told I could wait in the lobby for a service tech.
Service did not have the wheel lock key to remove lug nuts so they couldn't complete my tire rotation. Now I have to go back a 2nd time. Took 2 hours to do a multi-point inspection and update software. Really frustrating and a waste of my valuable time.

Happy that the issue was fixed and I had text updates. The part and service was covered as it should be considering it was manufacturing defect/issue. Happy that it was recognized as that and I was given no push back on cost. It was inconvenient to have car in shop for a few days without a means of a rental for an issue that was not my fault. I am a home health nurse and a car is a necessity, so I had to get a rental car on my own which is out of pocket expenses. Other than that, happy with overall experience.

There hasn’t been a time when I’ve needed service for my Scion at Zimbric that I haven’t been fully satisfied. The technicians are great, knowledgeable, explain everything to be sure I understand and never suggest something I don’t need to do to my car.
