Lon wait. It would have been so much nicer if we had a specific appointment time .Instead, we brought it in at eight. It might be ready by 5 o’clock of course the car was not ready so we had to go back the next day after waiting for a call. Came around 4o’clock.

Eric came to the lobby and explained everything that was going to be done with the car today. Showed me my filters and said they would be fine until we do the next oil change tire rotation. When the car was finished, Eric again went over everything and asked if I had any questions. Very thorough and very polite.
