I have been buying new Toyotas for over 20 years. This is the first time I bought a used one. I have never left after having my car serviced with a dirty windshield. I even asked the first guy if they topped off the liquids and washed the windows. He said yes. The first thing I noticed was that the windshield was not cleaned. Maybe it’s because it was used and not new. I was/am disappointed. I’ll have to lower my expectations for the next time.
