Everything was great with our service person. But whoever reset the part that counts miles to the next service did not turn it back to the speedometer screen. We’re only a few blocks away had to go back to have it reset.

Dave is great, and has the difficult job of overcoming the worst software I have experienced. Your software makes the experience so impersonal that I would go to Meineke, if David hadn’t been so super. There is no personal interaction, you just send the report. Clicking on the report shows it, but offers no input. Dave checked, and my up-to-date iPhone never clicked to accept work. Why not be more personal like Walgreens who sends text messages saying, “we have rec’d your prescription do you want it filled?” Try to be more PERSONAL with text messages that are timely and speak to us. Also, text messages with instructions. Not just a report that is so buggy you can’t click on. I am text savvy, having worked at Apple for 12 years, yet saw nothing that said I could provide feedback. Your software makes me want to leave you. Only David is keeping me a customer. I am that mad. You could’ve timely sent text messages saying , want this repaired? Your software is dehumanizing.

Great service!! I did want to make a comment on something that you need to be aware of. As I was getting my free car wash (around 12:15 pm), I noticed someone walk into the car wash in a white suit. I just started my car because the dryer turned on. My air conditioning was running. Within about 15 seconds my car filled up with a very toxic paint odor. With the STOP notice still on, I feared pulling out until to told me to. When pulling out I noticed what appeared to be a paint room attached to the car wash. I smell was so intense I needed to stop and roll down the windows to let the cabin air out. Just thought this is something you need to be aware of.
