I was finally able to use your car wash but even though it went through the soap, foam, rinse and blow dry after I left my vehicle is still as dirty as it was before. I believe there is still repairs needed on your car wash.

I called for an appointment for an oil change because I was getting a Maintenance Reminder on my screen for engine oil and oil filter. Shortly after I arrived for the appointment a few days later, the staff member at the service desk came into the waiting area to tell me that I wasn’t due for an oil change for 5,000 more miles. I was also scheduled for a tire rotation so I said go ahead and do that and could the tech please reset the notification software so that I do not see a maintenance notification every time I turn on the car. The service staff member said sure, but when I went to pick up my car after paying the bill, the maintenance reminder was still active. I did not have time to immediately stop back and finagle my way into the queue to have it looked at again. So frustrating to have this issue continue, especially when I am not due for 5,000 more miles—-at least 4 months on. And even more importantly why didn’t the scheduler address the timing of the oil change with me when I scheduled?

The service was rxcellent but I realized afterwards that putting one new tire in the rear makes one wheel rotate faster than the other. That would be no problem for front wheel drive but the Rav4 has allwhee drive. Is that going to be a problem causing extra wear in the drive syrem? It would be a problem in the old rear wleel drive ,giving extrawear ih the differential gear system. Can you tell me if this is a problem for the rav4? Thanks and i reiterate that the service people were great.

He was very nice to talk with and there were no surprises. He was fine about me bringing my own oil. I asked him about the cost and quality of the oil you use and he was very knowledgeable about it. I didn’t save much but Mobile 1 is a little better, so all is good. I trust his inspection too. Thanks!
