Just needed 1 hubcap. Called me to come get it. Then told me oh wait you can't buy just one hubcap you need to buy 4 of them. Told me that AFTER i already got to the service center... come on. Also just give me the 1 hubcap?

I was in and out really quick and didnt have to wait too long. Caleb was able to awnser questions I had and was very kind and courteous. The only one minor thing was that was forgotten was the next oil change milage on the windshield. Its not a big problem just something small that was missed. Otherwise 10/10.

The car told us we needed to take the car in for maintenance, but it lied. People just had to turn off the stupid message and it cost us $20 to have nothing done. Great. Then we tried to pay cash and it was a whole thing. Ah well. Small potatoes in the grand scheme of life. Nothing wrong with the service provider we had, but not a great experience to have to schedule the appointment and bring in the car for nothing to be done and then to have to pay $20 for nothing needing doing. Dumb program in the car to have a message that can’t be reset by the end user or that lie to the end user saying the car needs help when it doesn’t need anything.
