When I first had my truck in to be checked they told me it needed my BSM sensors replaced and that it would be 2-3 days to get the parts. I never received a call so after a week I called and nobody answered so I left a message. Nobody called me back. I waited another couple of days and called again. They confirmed that they had the parts and could do the repairs. So not only did they not call me to tell me they had the parts, they didn’t even return my call to them. To go along with it, every times I go into the service area it’s like nobody wants to help you. Faulkner Honda service is so much better to deal with. I was surprisingly very disappointed with the service. Good note: I’m happy with the repairs made to my vehicle (oil change and BSM monitor replacement.

Car is leaking in the area that was worked on I’ve spent $2000 on this car at your facility I am way passed upset . Not to mention I came in to got my alternator fixed and you recommend the water pump is leaking which I’ve NEVER had issues with until you fixed the alternator.this car is for my daughter and unfortunately I have to call again and be more inconvenienced by your garbage and be charged again.
