I am satisfied with the service performed. New battery and front and rear differential service. However ter paying the bill service advisor the car would be done around noond was was . It was closer to 3;30. I inquired about it around 1:30and the lady I dpoke to on the phone said she couldn’t contact Beth to see when the car would be ready. Istopped by around 3:30 and picked up the car after paying the bill and waiting about 15 minutes. Beth came out and told me they got behind because they ran out of differential fluid and had to get more. Not a big deal but aphone call to advise of the additionsl time would have been nice. Thanks

First I had a quote to replace the front left tire sensor for $217. I still have the paperwork for that. When I went to pick up my car the invoice showed a much higher amount than what was given to me when I gave the ok to order it. They told me they didn’t realize that it would be more than I was quoted but only took it down to $257.93. I paid that amount but I am not happy about it. I get into my car and it isn’t registering the tire pressure for any of the tires. I went right back in and they told me I needed to drive a couple of days for it to start working. Called back 2 days later and it is still not working. Took my car back in 8/5/25 and when I picked up the car I was told that the PSI will not work with the low line sensors that were in the tires. They worked prior to an accident I was in on 7/10/25 so I’m not sure what happened but when I came in I was told by your service department that this would fix the problem. It did not. Knowing the what the issue was and still putting in a sensor that wouldn’t work and then charging me more than I was told is not acceptable. You can have the sensor that will not work back and give me a refund. Please let me know when I can bring my car in and have it removed.

They went out of their way to get me back on the road. I was visiting from Hot Springs, SD and on my way back home.
