This car was poorly prepared for delivery to the lot for sale. Exterior had not been detailed completely. Inside windows were a mess even after bringing car back a second time, Your people do not know how to clean windows. The rattle should have been discovered by your staff, not me.

Took in for 40k service which included tire rotation and oil change. Rotation was not done. Had to take back. Checked tire pressure when I got home, you didn't even re air the tires. I hope the oil was changed.I take my car to Toyota for what I thought was trusted service. This was unacceptable

I decided to take it to get an another opion from another garage, they looked it over and told me every thing looks good , and I trust them! I like Toyota vehicles , but to be lied to at Lewis Toyota , I will not use your service dept. or try to buy a vehicle from you!
