Interior plastic drivers door panel and drivers floor mat was all greasy and dirty. I brought the truck in with just under a half tank of gas and when I got it back the low fuel light was on and it was below empty on the gauge. I suppose you drained out the gas to drop the tank to replace the fuel pump but didn’t put it back in the tank. I stopped and got gas at 470 and Gage. If I would have run out of gas on the interstate you and I would have had a real problem. I’ve had you guys do work for me in the past and you’ve done a decent job for the price you charge but the attention to detail on this repair was pretty **** up. Very substandard coming from a Toyota dealer or any other major manufacturer dealer.

It took a little longer than I thought it would. But I was comfortable and had my patience. The service was good and Beth took care of me. I didn't have anything unusual done, just regular service, so I didn't have much of a interaction with her. But she was pleasant.
