Service set me up an appointment for a recall I received from Toyota. I dropped my truck off when I picked it up nothing was done said they didn’t have the new parts to fix. Why did they make my appointment. Your service department is sub par.

They didn’t fix the missing clip behind the driver’s side back wheel. So I’m going to have to make another trip back in to get that taken care of.

The inside of my vehicle came back dirty. I had to clean the drivers and passengers seat as well as the dash when I got home. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my service.

Given I was thrown into a very unexpected flat tire situation, Lewis Toyota did not disappoint in getting the problem rectified. Everyone was accommodating, kind, reassuring, and professional. It’s certainly nice to have the shuttle, but I also enjoyed the comfort and convenience, and coffee choices, of the Lewis Lounge while I waited for the tire change. While traveling, I will often remind myself how satisfied I am with my 2018 Toyota RAV4XLE that Marty paired me with Oct 2024. And the service behind it, when I need it, is appreciated. Thank you to everyone!

I was told i have an oil leak and was thrown an estimate of $200 to find the “leak”. I declined and said i would take my car to my mechanic. I did this right after i left the Toyota shop. My mechanic determined there is no leak. And that the oil on the bottom of the oil pan was due to you technician on the last oil change not cleaning up. I’m not sure what to think about this attempt to get an extra $200 from me. It would have been easy for a trained professional to know it was a simple spill. I’m not happy with my visit and I’m not sure i trust your shop.

You guys have got to get your pricing figured out. When I scheduled my service online, the cost quoted was $450. When I arrived for my scheduled appt, I was informed that the cost online was incorrect; actual cost would be $750; an unexpected $300 increase. I agreed but asked to be contacted if there were any additional costs. When I picked my keys up and paid my bill, the total was just over $900; another unexpected $150 increase. Either you guys are crooks, or I’m a fool; maybe both. It’s time for me to find another maintenance shop.
