Steve himself was fine but as has happened before, I didn’t get my tired rotated. I don’t know how this keeps happening. I had it on my service request, Steve confirmed that it would be complimentary because I purchased the tires through Lewis and yet, no tire rotation is on my service bill. This has to stop.

I have commented on this before. It seems that a client would have a very positive feeling if the front window was cleaned with the service. We used to take our car for service where the front window was cleaned and the front seats and floor were vacuumed. It gave us the feeling that the shop had Pride in their service and cared about our car.
