Your software needs updating. I had to approve an $89 oil change. Which was actually $0 under the 2 year maintenance. Then when the vehicle was ready I got a text to pay $129. Again which was actually $0 under the maintenance agreement.

I came in for a check up on the car for 5000 miles, my car barely had 1400 miles on it. I called and they said that I should still bring it in because the warranty is only good for two years no matter what my mileage is. So it is very important when we send you these to bring your car in no matter what the mileage is. I think this is ridiculous to get service on a car for 1400 miles when it’s supposed to be checked at 5000 miles. I also asked them to check for a rattling noise that is somewhere in the dash board, I am thinking that it is where the vents are for your heating and cooling. They said that they did hear the rattling noise that does not know where it’s coming from. To wait to see if it gets worse and then bring it back in. My car is a 2025 with 1400 miles on it and it is already making this noise, I only bought the car in May 2025. Is this the kind of service I am to expect from Toyota. If you cannot fix the rattling noise without tearing up a whole brand new car, then you should do something and get me a new car. Or I will just see about trading it somewhere else.
