Steve was fine but I came in with a noise and spent over 1300.00 and still have the same noise. Was hoping a Toyota technician could isolate the noise and not just go into trial and error mode where every error cost me money. They came up with something else that the noise might be BUT I’m out of money.

Steve, the aervice depth, and the dealership are all "top drawer"!!!! Something totally unrelated was something that happened to another customer as I was waiting. A woman was told that the wrong part was sent for her repair. The first thing the female ser ice rep said was if the lady would like a loaner which she accepted. I knew she was wondering what she was going to do, but the service rep offered the loaner first thing
I thought that was awesome. I just observed this, but thought it was worth noting. Job welldone!!

Love that had to bring vehicle in unexpectedly and you-all got it right in to figure out what was wrong and then allowed me to use a loaner vehicle since had to wait for part (which took longer than expected, but you-all didn't have me bring loaner back ehi h would have made me run around trying to find a rental for the weekend on a Friday afternoon). Thanks!!!

I’m not sure why you schedule so many vehicles at one time. One gentleman in the waiting room had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get his oil changed. I waited over an hour and a half. That seems excessive to me. Other than that, everyone was friendly and they did a good job.

Don’t have customers schedule an appointment for service if the service isn’t going to be started at the appointment time. I had to ask twice for an update My oil change was scheduled at 11:30 and service was not started until an hour and 10 minutes later. (12:40). When I asked why I made an appointment I was told “the appointment is when you are scheduled to meet with an advisor to discuss what you want” I scheduled the appointment FOR AN OIL CHANGE You need to change the verbiage on your website to make appointments to reflect that you will wait for over an hour yo get your service started. Poor customer service was provided. My time is also important. I missed an appointment at 1:00 due to this. I will have my oil changed somewhere else if this is how you treat customers. I have always gotten my oil changed at Lewis Toyota and have run into delays in the past. It was never this long
