When I received the first text, I didn't read it carefully and assumed the service on my car was finished. When I arrived, it wasn't ready. Partly my fault, but since the text gave the price, I misunderstood. I wrote a check(to avoid your ridiculous 3% credit card fee) for the amount shown in the text. However, when i checked out, the total had increased $.49. Not a big deal of course, but can't your computer figure the charge the same way twice?
While checking in, Beth asked if I wanted the $99 "winterization special". Turns out it's 3 cans of unnecessary additive and a couple of squirts from a spray can. No wonder people dislike car dealers so much.

I asked for service mechanic 3 times. 3 times she told me she was going to move the car. Do not move car; each time. The power drain wasn’t sought the first time. Another 30 days and found illegal fleet location equipment creating an additional tow fee plus finder fee via Toyota. I felt pushed, pulled and over charged.
