Refreshing to not hear the “we won’t program a fob you didn’t buy here” that so many secondary programmers use. As a result I saved quite a bit of money. I also found the charge pretty competitive with the local secondary services. As one who tries to avoid dealerships I was very pleased with my service today.

Steve explained how rotating my tires could be dangerous because of low tread. So, new tires and a new tire plan!! It took a while but the waiting area was pleasant and I had the opportunity to go home and be brought back if I chose to go.

Person setting up appointment was rude. Inquired about extended warranty and waited 15 / 20 minutes for financial advisor. Never showed up so I left. This is the second time I inquired about extended warranty with long wait.

Consistently when I come in, it’s almost 2 hours to have my oil change completed, despite having a scheduled time to come in. Today I came in at 9:15 but my car wasn’t even worked on for half an hour. It’s frustrating to set up an appointment time but not even be ready for my car to go in right away and waiting at least half an hour for work to start.

Not sure why I received a payment text indicating I owed $121 for a free service. When I called about it, the person indicated there was nothing they could do about changing and having the customer disregard. Not a good business practice.
