I had a 10:30 appointment. I went for a walk and returned at 1130. My car had not been touched. I was promised it would be handled promptly. 1.5 hours later the car was done.
10:30 appointment ended at around 1 pm.
I was told at the beginning the work would be about an hour. The work took 2.5x longer than predicted.

I do have one concern. I went ahead and purchased the $289 plan for the two oil changes, two tire balances, 5 tire rotations etc. We get the oil changed every 5,000 miles. I asked being that was the case, would they be changing the air filter and balancing the tires every 5,000 miles. She said no, they don’t do everything that’s advertised on the poster anymore. If that is the case, why is the poster still up?

Service so good. From the minute I pulled into garage drive. I was 15 minutes late and felt so terrible but nice man greeted me with “come on in”. No problem. Then a lovely young lady reviewed my requests needed on car. Miles, the technician did a great job. I think that was his name. Discovered my battery was about dead. Had no idea.
