Simple oil change took 3 hours. Oil smeared on both front fenders and Hood. Oil on passenger seat, glove box, steering wheel center and rim. Super sloppy. Don’t plan to return.

Worked with Ryan in parts, Beth in service and the scheduling team; both knocked it out the park. My wife was driving from 90 miles away with her Mom in tow (with dementia) and with the brake pad wear indicator letting her know she was close to metal on metal. Scheduling shifted my appt, Ryan had the parts in place (ordered same-day from Lexus in KC), Beth had the appt right on time and my wife was back on the road in a very short turn-around. Thank you.

The woman I was sitting with in the waiting room left and returned shortly. She returned because she had marked her tires and was supposed to get a tire rotation. Her marks had proven they had not done the service yet charged her for the service. I have no faith mine were done as well even though I was assured the supervisor had watched them. He admitted he had some lazy techs. It was poor service recovery and broke what little trust I had with your company. Also he said they would check my shocks in the service I was receiving at the quote time but when it was complete he told me I needed to make another appointment for assessment and didn't know if they were looked at during this appointment. Overall the experience was very poor. Not impressed at all. None of my concerns were addressed and I'm not sure I can trust I even received the services I paid for. Do better.

It took less than 20 minutes for my “last” service. What was supposed to be a full check - tire rotation, fluids filled and lights inspected. I left there, tires were still in same position, I have a running tail-light out, and my fluids were not topped off. This is the third time I’ve brought my car there for service and have not got the services expected.

The amount I was first quoted was not the amount I ended up having to pay. And the service tech did not rotate the tires until I pointed out that they were not rotated. I actually marked my tires before coming in because last time I was there. I didn't think they rotated them then either. So they did take it back and rotate the tires, but they didn't rotate him right.All they did was move the front ones to the back. That's not how you rotate tires.

I selected the 75k mike service for my Tundra, which the app indicates a laundry list of inspections, including an oil change. When I was contacted to pick my truck up I was told the service completed was tires rotated only. I spoke with the cashier who seemed completely clueless. She indicated the 75k mile service was just a tire rotation. I had to show her on your own app what the service included. She acknowledged the app and what it listed, however, she indicated the app was incorrect. I spoke with Scott Beaman, who initially told me he checked the oil and it did not not replaced. Scott then told me my oil was changed in June 2023, so there was no need to change it again. I encouraged him to check the oil again, this time I checked it with him, he immediately noticed it needed to be changed and was very low on the dip stick. Scott apologized and got my truck back into the show and got the oil changed quickly, without charge. Scott made a frustrating experience better.
