The service included a tire rotation. I had to come back and have my tires checked for air. Since I’ve left the dealership, my tire pressure light continues to come on. Even after the vehicle has been driven for miles, it still comes on. I didn’t have this issue before my service. Very annoying. I need to bring it back to get this issue resolved. I work full time and the hassle of bringing it back is huge.

It was supposed to take an hour per the gentleman when I dropped it off at 8:45. I checked on the status at 10:15 and got no response from the service receptionist. I checked again at 10:30. Again, no follows up or response. I went back to the shop myself to ask at 10:45 and was told it would be 30 minutes. I walked outside at 11:20 and saw my car being pulled out of the garage and parked. I waited another 10 minutes before locating my key on the service desks. I brought it to checkout and asked for my ticket…the reply? I need an invoice and I think the guy is at lunch?!?!? I was sweet and apologetic the entire time, but firmly requested my bill and paid my **** and left. Here’s the three things: (1) an hour turned into almost 3 with an appointment, (2) your receptionist is a condescending nightmare, and (3) give me a realistic status update so I can log into a teams meeting or take your shuttle or call an Uber even while I wait

I was disappointed in the amount of time that it took to change my oil. I was waiting for over 2 hours. Do you make too many appointments? Are you short staffed? Do you take walk ins over those who have made an appointment? The booking process should be revamped if any of these answers are “yes”. Don’t ask 10 mechanics to do the work of 15. You will have unhappy workers and customers. Please be honest when asked “how long will this take”. Tell me the truth, not what you think I want to hear.
