What a great experience. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem with my 2008 tundra. It’s been a fantastic truck. When the secondary air injection pump went out, I was there the diagnosis Beth gave me a list of what was going on. Explained how the service bulletin had been issued, but it had been run out for years ago after I bought my truck truck was done actually pre-time because she said it was gonna be done Monday at noon and I was done on Monday at like 11 o’clock and I was proud of you that so good experience for me. Thank you special thank you to Beth in a nice mechanic who worked on my truck, she was a sweetheart.

This was not a good experience. I called in the morning to see if I could get my vehicle serviced. The representative said they were “wide open” and to come in. I waited two hours to get my oil changed and I finally went to the desk to ask for an update on my vehicle. I was told it had been ready for some time and nobody bothered to tell me. They didn’t even bother to reset the maintenance required setting in my vehicle. The employees are nice enough but this place always takes forever for an oil change and doesn’t seem very organized at times.
