I was charged an additional $200 because the service manager didn’t write my bill correctly. Then when I called and made it known he proceeded to argue and refused to listen to what I was saying until I got snippy and asked him to check it with someone else. He called back and said I was completely right and needed up making it right but it was a super frustrating situation. I’ll not be going back to Lewis, this isn’t the first bigger issue I’ve had. A couple months ago I took my car in for an oil change and the cap was not put back on the oil so my car ran damn near dry and I still smell burning oil. Over all everything I have experienced are mistakes that could have so easily been avoided if someone would slow down and pay attention to the work they’re doing.

I have made many early morning appointments to get in and get out as I drive all the way from Manhattan. Unfortunately, there's always some kind of "miscommunication" with requested services. I have stayed there for 5+ hrs multiple times. I feel like I'm purchasing time to sit there then pay for parts & labor. Many other disappointed customer waiting for their services to be completed as well. Hopefully, will be finding elsewhere for future services. I was trying to stay loyal to Lewis Toyota after buying my car there 4ish years ago.

When I was being checked in ,I told her I had Total care and showed her my card,she said oh we don't that When I picked up my car I showed them and they did go though my bill gave me the discounts. So everything worked out

Very disappointed with service from receptionist when I called to make appointment and later when I called to check status when vehicle was there. Also sign on desk states price on invoice INCLUDED 3% markup for credit card payment that would be discounted if paid in cash. When I questioned why I didn’t receive a discount from the invoice I was given, gal responded that sign was incorrect - and the additional for credit card payment is added when credit card is processed. Very deceitful! Also I’m glad that that I had sufficient cash on hand when I picked up my vehicle - only notice on additional for credit card is at payment desk. Not happy

This is my second oil change that took over 2 hours. Additionally, I asked for a noise to be investigated. The service representative told me it was due to us changing the brakes but not the rotors. We’ve never changed the brakes on this car. Lastly, after all was completed and I presented a coupon at check out, the service representative commented and seemed irritated that I didn’t present the coupon before servicing the vehicle.

Definitely a vast improvement over prior visits. Feels as if the service staff actually listened to me, didn’t try to push anything extra, and got me in and out of there as quickly as possible. Slight quibble should be restrictions on the TV in the waiting room. Fox News, MSNBC, or basically any news channel should be parental locked unless Lewis is endorsing a candidate. Plenty of other television content out there, and we shouldn’t all be held hostage by one elderly gentleman who is determined to make us listen to his political views. (This based on the 4 women who apparently also sat in the non TV room. One of them stated the gentleman purposefully turned the TV up when she left. Not saying that would make me stop coming, but I will say your nearest competitor doesn’t let people put it on news channels.)
