I was told that my service would be completed in 90 minutes. I heard nothing for over two hours. Then I received an electronic update that my car needed more service and I approved the additional services I received no information about how long the service would take. The service rep saw me sitting in the waiting area but did not offer an update. In total I was waiting for over four hours. Kimberly was the service representative. Not sure if I will return to your dealership
