Kimberly was professional and knowledgeable. I had questions about the service plan and what was covered and she explained it and showed me what I had available. She did everything with a smile and made me feel like she was happy to help. Kimberly told us we could wait there at Bob Smith and have a cup of coffee and also told us places around the area where we could wait. She offered a ride home if we needed one.
