I have trust issues but I I fully trust Hank my service advisor with my RAV4. Love BST service specials they help seniors and veterans on fixed incomes. If I am suggested a maintenance service I get it done. Example throttle body service got it done RAV4 ran better.
Lastly I always recommend BST on FB. You have a great following on FB who are lifetime customers and I am one.

Everything was good with the service and the staff was courteous. I remember in the old days they would wash your car when you would take it to the dealership for service. But I guess those days are over.
