The customer service and the lady had awful attitude since I got there. The person that I had appointment with forgot to checked in me and after one hour waiting I got a message that I missed my appointment while my car was there. I had to find a ride and going there to know what happened.
After all it took two hours and half to get my car back. It ruined my Saturday.

Perhaps it was an off day at the lot , my new rep wasn’t as engaged as the usual guys , I never got a call or offered a ride home. I simply just walked home but when I did call for a pick up the cs rep seemed put out by me asking . When I did show up the cashier didn’t even look at me in the eye . I suspect it was the same rep idk. I work w customers, always greet always give a farewell always call them by their first name . It is what it is , the sales guys on the the lot were as always very cool and helpful . The porter was a nice kid as well
