Hank Fairchild is one of the best service advisors I’ve had the pleasure to be helped by when it comes to my car’s maintenance,He’s very respectful and helpful when it comes to issues that arise he knows how to gets things fixed in a timely fashion. He’s the only reason I bring my car back for maintaining here at this location.I brought in my dads car and had issues with another advisor who made me not want to ever return. Jamie was fantastic- helpful and professional! He took great care of me and answered my questions. I have always had a great experience at Bob Smith. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at the Poway Toyota- I would never recommend them- the service rider was condescending and rude- not professional at all.
