He always makes sure that he discusses any upcoming maintenance that can be handled while I'm in there. He covers care package information and any charges that may apply. You will not leave the dealer not knowing what the costs are without him having to explain everything in simple words that even I, who's not familiar with the mechanic language, would understand.
