The car began the service late as it was not checked in at the time I dropped it off. I took the car and handed over the keys at 1:30 and was instructed it would be done in an hour and 30 min. I waited at the office. At 1 hour 30 min I went in to see if my car was ready. Jonathan had not submitted the video inspecting it and didn’t even have me checked into the system and could not find the order number or whatever number he was looking for. I was instructed they were “running behind”. Several people started and finished after I had already been waiting. Also some other employee Edmund kept inquiring about my car and if I was interested in selling him my car. I said no several times and he continued to ask. Some accountability for the late check in would be appreciated.
