Unfortunately I waited about 3 hours for an oil change with appointment as a first time customer, I asked after 2hr wait how long would it take since I’ve waited this long they said 15mins then the guy comes out and said another 30mins I spend my whole day at Toyota with delays and left with no make of good oil change in my car. I had a coupon mailed to my home for the filter and oil change THE FILTER WAS NOT CHANGED and the guy said to me looks like you don’t have the time after waiting 3 hrs . Horrible first time experience don’t recommend
