I wasn’t contacted when my vehicle was ready to let me know there were recommended services that could have been completed. I was also waiting around for a few hours with my young child the entire time. By the time I found out about the recommended services it was too late for me to stay any longer. (I had been there for over 3 hours at that point.)
I also had purchased new windshield wipers for my vehicle a year prior from your location, and I still had to get one of the wipers replaced at my appointment. (I was given a discount for this service, but feel I should have received that replacement at no cost considering I rarely use the wipers and they had just been replaced.)
