Work on customer service. When telling people how much a service will cost knowing that won’t fix the initial problem, it could be a little disheartening to know how much it will cost. Being cold and very direct and answering a question with “I don’t know” with no follow up or reassurance that you will fix the issue, can add to the frustration when money is tight for most of us in this economy. I’ve spent a lot of money at Bob Smith Toyota and it would be nice to be treated as a valuable customer.
