Was initially quoted transmission fluid change for $179.69 as add-on needed service. Later a text said there was “computer glitch” and the price was changed to $344 for the transmission fluid change (which I did approve). When recounting this story to my friends, they commented that it sounded like a “bait & switch”, and Honda dealership should have honored their first quote. Then I Googled “average cost of Honda Element trans fluid change” with result of “$110-$122” (repairpal.com). Hmmmm.
