I recently brought my vehicle from Pasco to your dealership for service, primarily because of the professional and kind treatment I received from Jaime. His excellent customer service made the decision easy for me. The pricing was fair, and the follow-up service was outstanding. I particularly appreciated the video update on my vehicle's status, which was very helpful.However, I believe there is room for improvement with the customer service skills of the older service advisor gentleman at the far desk. Overall, my experience was positive, and I am very satisfied with the service provided by Jaime and the team.Thank you

My overall opinion is quite positive, but there are two points to make: 1) your after-service statement is very hard to understand. I could not tell that my $10 coupon had been honored and had to call to confirm that. 2) Your inspection form said all four tires were at 2 for tread. As I had less than 20K on 60K tires, I went to Les Schwab where I bought the tires. They said after careful inspection, that only one tire was at two; the others were at 5. I ended up having to replace the one tire (under warranty). Somebody there slipped up on the tire evaluation.

While we were satisfied with the diagnosis and repair of our brakes, when we dropped off the car, we were told it would take about an hour to get a diagnosis. Four hours later, we called to find out the result. After authorizing the work, we again called about 4 hours later to get an update.
We appreciate communication that keeps us informed--it adds to our confidence of the service team.

I was told when I bought the car, that you’d wash it at no charge when I had anything done to it, or just if I needed a wash. Just paid you folks 170
dollars for service, which seems fairly steep and in two years, my car has never come back washed. Always a reason, either too cold, no help… I could go on but I won’t. You folks are awesome otherwise, but if and that is more like when I update our vehicles I’ll come to you. But unless you are going to honor what is said… don’t make promises.
