I regret I did not buy a Honda product from Underinner, but I have for years serviced my 2013 Acura RDX at your facility in College Place. My service visit before yesterday’s included major work. And large expenses!
On Monday, I was timely with a basic oil change based on mileage. I explained I wanted the vehicle checked out before a trip to the coast in three weeks.
When I picked up the car, Jimmie, the service associate, indicated standard fluid levels were NOT checked or addressed. WHY NOT? Is a late afternoon service appointment to blame? This is unacceptable! I have been servicing my car for over a DECADE….before Underinner assumed management.
NOW, I have to return the vehicle for service after my trip. I live an hour away and this is a huge inconvenience!
Your service department needs to “Do it right the FIRST TIME.”

Customer service was outstanding with great communication every step of the way. They even washed my car and front mats, which was a nice addition. I drive all the way from the Tri-Cities because I’ve only had top notch service with friendly customer service associates. I would give them a 5 star rating!!
