I regret I did not buy a Honda product from Underinner, but I have for years serviced my 2013 Acura RDX at your facility in College Place. My service visit before yesterday’s included major work. And large expenses! On Monday, I was timely with a basic oil change based on mileage. I explained I wanted the vehicle checked out before a trip to the coast in three weeks. When I picked up the car, Jimmie, the service associate, indicated standard fluid levels were NOT checked or addressed. WHY NOT? Is a late afternoon service appointment to blame? This is unacceptable! I have been servicing my car for over a DECADE….before Underinner assumed management. NOW, I have to return the vehicle for service after my trip. I live an hour away and this is a huge inconvenience! Your service department needs to “Do it right the FIRST TIME.”

Heres what I will leave in the survey. I had an excellent experience! ????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service was outstanding with great communication every step of the way. They even washed my car and front mats, which was a nice addition. I drive all the way from the Tri-Cities because I’ve only had top notch service with friendly customer service associates. I would give them a 5 star rating!!
