Megan did fine. I was disappointed there was no written documentation of the thickness of brake pads. She had to go back to my vehicle to measure them. I’ve never experienced that at the Albany and Corvallis Honda dealerships. We have had Hondas since 1981.

Increase your charges for an oil change, for brake services, tune ups, by ten bucks… and eat your credit card charges. Nothing pisses off a good client than to nickel and dime them. Factor fees on you taking credit cards into your pricing!!! Get rid of your 3 percent charge for using my credit card!!! You make good money on service fees! I’d never notice an extra ten bucks on an oil change!
