Megan and Bob were wonderful at Walla Walla Honda’s service department. All of my concerns were addressed with professionalism and care. Frankly, I have never been treated so well at a car dealership. This dealership is part of what makes the Honda name stand out above others. Jason and Christian sold the Passport to us and were also extremely professional, personable and caring. The only thing I wish is that the Honda Elite came with a back cover for the hatch area. Since I purchase the top-of-the-line model, I feel it should have been part of the package (but this is absolutely no reflection on the reputation of the Walla Walla dealership).
