The recall letter said repairs would take 45 min. When I scheduled the appt. Megan said it would be about 1 1/2 hrs. I waited 2 1/2 hrs and then asked for my car before it was washed. Long time to wait. Can't wait for the next recall! Will walk home when that gets scheduled.

I don't think this is on Jamie, but when I asked how long my car would take I was given an inadequate timeframe. It was the person at the middle desk. They said it should be done to pickup my son at 2:30 from school but when I called at 1:45 it was nowhere near done. We only have one car in our family, so that caused a lot of panic at the last minute trying to ensure my child got picked up from school.
Had I known more accurately, I could have made arrangements earlier in the day or tried to work something out with the dealership.
