Megan is super easy to work with. She let us know all the things that eventually need attention with our Honda Accord but she in no way pressured us to get all those things done today. In fact she told us that we could come back any time and work on getting each thing done as we eye allow to...one thing at a time. Oil change and tire rotation went smoothly. I thought that part of this service, that the car was to be washed and vacuumed. Also, I believe the rear end fluids were supposed to be swapped out as well.
