Jimmy was great. And great at communicating with me about the expectations of our vehicle. The only disappointment was scratches on the hood what seems to be from the car wash as the scratches are in a swirling motion. And weird light blue finger prints under the scratches which Jimmy noticed but didn't mention it to me until I brought the car back. My husband mentioned if the air filters didn't need changed they should have been marked green on the performance report but I appreciate knowing they might need to be changed sooner rather later with it being marked yellow. He's particular. :) but I will be calling soon to discuss buffing out the hood to fix the paint scratches. The rest of the service was great. Very grateful for the fact that they caught the fact that our front axle was leaking and they made sure to fix it right away knowing we're we're paying extra for service warranty and it probably was covered under the vehicle warranty as it's barely 6 months old to us.
