Megan was both professional and friendly. She went out of her way to expedite things. Plus, when there was a problem, she didn’t brush it off. She made an extra effort to figure out a solution. She’s a great asset to the service department!

The service writer was argumentative instead of listening. Very defensive with a poor attitude. I was looking for a place to buy a new car when my realestate closes. Im 100 disabled vet and there are a lot in this community. After that conversation I would definately not recommend you. I had my car serviced there a few years ago and had excellent service with Jimmy. Not sure where the hostility was coming from.6
