When I call Jamie to make the appointment, he was very professional, friendly, and willing to help once we arrived at the dealership he took great care of us. The lady working the retail parts counter was very helpful with the coffee and garbage area. Other folks in the department were very helpful. Checking with us to see if we needed water. Jamie offered to take us somewhere else to wait or to give us a car to drive while we waited for the fuel injectors to be repaired, we love the big screen TV and enjoyed watching HGTV house hunters we love the building with the big windows lots of seating, clean bathrooms, and helpful crew. Look forward to seeing you on 10 September to try to get my radio to work laugh out loud thanks again

Jamie did a good job, but I had to call after the service dept closed to see the status of my car. I didnt get a text updating me until I was on the phone calling at 5:15 about my car. I was asked if I wanted it washed which certainly wanted done. The car was not washed, which is fine but don’t offer it as a service and then not do it. Jamie was short of help so I know it was a hard day for him. He was great- just wanted timely communication and the car washed. Thank you.

Megan was fantastic! Here is my story. I was staying the night in Walla Walla passing through from Pullman to Vancouver after dropping my son off at WSU. The day prior (Sunday) I got an oil pressure alarm. I discovered I was low on oil and added 1.5 quarts to get it to the correct level. Since it was Sunday and 100 degrees I was not comfortable setting out on a 4-hour journey home with spotty cell coverage without having the car checked out. It has never leaked oil and I was concerned it had developed a leak. I stayed the night hoping Honda could get me in short-notice. Fortunately, Megan was there to help. I told her my story and she said, "I'll get you in." Not only did she get me in, she got me out before noon! She was very professional and knew her stuff. She did a great job explaining options and helping me decide what to do. We ended up doing an oil change since it was due anyway. The technician also did the typical checks and did not find any leaks. I left with confidence and arrived home safely and the car ran fine. I didn't tell Megan this part, but my wife has been battling cancer. I had to leave her at home to make this trip because she can't travel, so I really wanted to get back as soon as possible. Megan made that happen and I am so very grateful. Thank you Megan!
