Since I live 50 miles from you I could have used earlier notice when my car would be done. It takes about 1.5 hr to get to Walla Walla. This may have not been possible. The car appears to be steering much better - no sticking so far. I have already put about700 miles on it.

No contact needed. Parts not in but this service request was closed. I was first texted that my service was done and could pick up my car and now being asked to do a survey. Automated systems should be updated if they are so out of sync that you can not keep a order open until a part comes in or at least suspend a text from going to a customer? It is already frustrating when you are waiting way too long for parts and then getting these message are just unprofessional.
