We took our vehicle in for scheduled strut repair and alignment on Friday, as well as a recall. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle later that day we found out later that day that the parts that were needed were not there, and the work would not be done. We were insured that it would be done first thing in the morning on Monday. on Monday when we call to find out about the vehicle, we could not get an answer, despite calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages. I had to go in personally to get any information, only to find out our car had not been worked on and would not be worked on. We were again reassure that it would be first thing the next morning, yet this pattern continued, and we never could get anyone to answer phones or return calls. This lasted for multiple days. When we finally did get our car after the work was completed. This steering wheel was crooked, and the alignment was not done correctly, or at all. we asked that it would be redone, two people took it for a test drive and then told us everything was “All set” but they did not do any work or do a alignment. They said they felt it was fine. I then requested a drive with the manager present and it was August to the manager, Scott, that the steering wheel was crooked, and the alignment was not done correctly. Scott was great, but it is unfortunate that we had to go to this extent just to get quality service. I would expect phone calls to be returned, as has been experienced at other dealerships, including other Honda dealerships in other states. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had. Again the manager Scott was great, but Cheryl, the lady that was helping us kept making promises, but obviously had no idea what was even going on, and never returned our calls. The loaner vehicle that was provided, had a broken rearview mirror and did not have any wiper fluid requiring us to put our own in. Overall, the service finally did get done when Scott intervened, but we were not completely satisfied throughout this experiece as it should not have taken so long and been so difficult.
