I thought Emily was most helpful from the moment I drove in with my unhappy car until today when I got the car back, and she even helped move my Costco purchases from the loaner vehicle to my happy repaired car! I also greatly appreciated having the loaner car which made my life so much easier these last two weeks.

I am going on an extended road trip and I checked my oil and saw it was dirty and thought it would be a good idea to get it changed before we left. Knowing I didn't have an appointment, I took a chance and called to see about getting it changed before our trip. A very nice lady answered and said to come in in the morning and we will work you in and they did! They also did an all point inspection! This is why we like Underriner Honda. I had expressed that did not have time today for recall work on seat sensor. Also asked service advisor to install windshield wipers and it was not done.
Two hours for an oil change and service was a bit long. Awaiting information on passenger door not closing consistently.
