Lack of timely communication of work that needed to be done. I had to constantly go up and ask for progress update.
Lack of communication of $160 per hour diagnostic charge.
Lack of communication after authorizing work to be done that technician would be taking a hour lunch break before starting work. Went back up after waiting 1 1/2 hours to be told that technician had started after returning from lunch and it would be another hour or more.
