When I called to originally schedule my service at Kari Toyota I asked the person who I made the appointment with how much the service would cost and was quoted $500. Where I choose to service my vehicle is strongly supported by the price I am quoted over the phone. When I picked up the vehicle the bill was $750. The person who helped me (Ryan) explained this was due to my vehicle requiring more fluid. I don’t know how a Toyota dealership servicing a Toyota Tacoma mistakes a quoted service by over 50% on a routine service item and says the mistake in price is because of two liters extra of fluid. For a Toyota service center this low level of quality customer service as well as lack of integrity are the two main reasons I definitely will not be returning for any service and will be recommending family and friends to be careful or to just avoid getting service at Kari Toyota.

GH stayed on task over six months of trial and error to solve multiple deficiencies in the SOS and Remote features in the RAV4 Limited Hybrid caused by warn cables, sockets, data connection faults and software disconnects.
