They charged $48 to tell me that my phone cord was bad!!!!! This is robbery! They were supposed to get me a new key that was prearranged and was in my paid warranty but were unable to fulfill. My husband ended up waiting there for 5 hours to get an oil change and new tires. Lastly, we didn’t even get a window sticker for the next oil change. I’m NOT satisfied!!!
