Derek was exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first time receiving maintenance support and I felt my new car was well taken care of.
Additionally, I was assisted by a young salesman who helped sync two new phones to the car system. His patience and permit resulted in successful connections between phones and car despite one phone being a bit challenging.

When I called to book the appointment , I was told by the service writer (Zeb, I believe) that the job would be about an hour of labor. I booked the appointment. My car was in for an hour. Great. But the bill charged me for approx. 2 hours of labor and the next service writer I talked to about this said it was between 1.5 and 2.5 hours of labor in the book. Had I know this increased amount of labor I would be charged for (above the quoted hour) would have likely gone to an independent auto repair shop., and will likely do so more in the future. Trust is everything.
However, I will say that the staff was courteous during my visit.
